Join us for a special morning aboard the Lady Cutler, celebrating the women making their mark across Victoria’s boating and marine industry.

Women on Water is about visibility, connection and possibility. By sharing the stories and experiences of women working across the marine sector, we hope to inspire more women and girls to see the industry as a place where they can build exciting and rewarding futures.

Hear from keynote speaker Suzanne Davies, CEO of the Marina Industries Association, before an engaging industry panel featuring:

• Kylie McDonald – Harbour Master, Ports Victoria—Geelong and Regional

• Cara Cummings – Women in Recreational Fishing and Boating Leader

• Sophie Munday – Suzuki Marketing

Sue Bowes, BIAV Board Member and Marina Manager at Sandringham Yacht Club, will host the morning.

Women on Water is a welcoming and inclusive event, and people of all genders are encouraged to attend. Whether you already work in boating, are curious about a marine career or simply want to hear from some inspiring industry leaders, we would love to see you there.
